Headquartered in Twin Falls, Idaho, Glanbia Foods, Inc. is one of the largest producers of cheese and whey-based ingredients, and the largest barrel cheese manufacturer in the world. With four facility locations throughout Idaho's scenic Magic Valley, Glanbia Foods has two processing cheese plants in Gooding and Twin Falls, and two whey processing plants in Gooding and Richfield. Our facilities collectively process over 12 million pounds of milk everyday resulting in over 400 million pounds of cheese and 110 million pounds of dairy ingredients annually.

In 2006, Glanbia Foods (in a joint venture with the Greater Southwest agency) opened Southwest Cheese in Clovis, New Mexico which operates as both a cheese and whey production facility. Our locations are surrounded by some of the richest agricultural and dairy lands in the United States, allowing us to partner with local dairy farmers to receive the freshest ingredients. All of our facilities receive the highest-quality milk available on a daily basis.
