Patrons Scholarship Program Winners 2006

Travis Miller

Travis Miller, son of Blaine and Carolanne Miller of Blaine Miller Dairy, will graduate from Valley High School with a 3.43 GPA. Throughout high school, Kelly participated in many sports activities including basketball, football, golf, and track. His coach says "Travis' best quality is the ability to make everyone around him feel good and strive to achieve. He is a very genuine person with high expectations." Travis wants to follow in his father's footsteps and get a degree in Animal Science from BYU Idaho, and ultimately own his own dairy farm. "I know it is a very hard job with long hours. But, I know if I work hard I will be as successful as my parents."

Cristen Fitzgerald

Cristen Fitzgerald, daughter of Lawrence (Louie) and Denise Fitzgerald of 4 Bros. Dairy, will graduate from Shoshone High School with a 3.41 GPA. She plans are to attend the University of Idaho in Moscow and graduate with a degree in fashion. "Through art I was introduced to my passion, which is fashion. For me, fashion is an outlet for emotion and a way to express myself." Cristen held various leadership positions (Vice President, Treasurer) while attending high school.
